A very successful real estate practice...
I have sold real estate since 1988 and
have been selling in Gig Harbor since 1994. I have received the
Presidents award every year since 1995 and "Presidents Elite"
in 2002. I also received the 2002 Top Sales award within John L.
Scott Real Estate in Gig Harbor.
My success is a result of two committments;
- to know my market place intimately (I work 5-6
days a week and during the course of a month I will typically
preview 70 to 100 new listings).
- to focus on the needs of my clients. That is
the basic outline of my business plan and it is extremely effective.
In 2002, 41% of my business was referred
from friends and clients and 38 % were repeat customers. The entire
focus of my business has been based on satisfying customers and
with that goal in mind, everything else has fallen into place.
The
average client will complete about five transactions during the
course of my career and I know the way I handle the first one
determines whether or not I get to help with the rest. I believe
that people want to work with a realtor they can trust and is
an expert in his field!
My wife and I moved here looking for a better quality
of life and a healthy place to raise a family. In Gig Harbor, we
found what we were looking for.
